We know how important it is to feel comfortable & relaxed when you arrive back from a long day of sightseeing, exploring and guided tours. This idea is what inspired us to build our upgraded apartment and provide everyone that stays a place to recharge, relax and enjoy.

This apartment is in a newly converted building behind Northwoods Outfitters in Greenville. Knotty pine walls and rustic charm adorn this convenient apartment in downtown Greenville. Take a stroll across the street to the boardwalk on Moosehead Lake, or hop on the Katahdin steamship for a scenic cruise. Local shops restaurants, and cafés are only a short walk away. Guided trips, rental equipment, and shopping are available onsite at Northwoods Outfitters.

The apartment has a spacious upstairs loft with a King bed looking across cathedral ceilings and windows. Downstairs is a large bedroom with 2 full sized beds The apartment is on the second floor.

Centrally located in the Moosehead Lake region, you can easily access the best hiking, boating and even swim at 2 different beaches. Lily bay state park is only about 5 miles away. We are located on and have access to ATV and Snowmobile trails as well as rentals and guided tours. In the winter you can ski at the nearby Big Squaw Mountain Resort, spend the day snowshoeing dozens of local trails, or shop downtown. This new apartment puts you in the middle of all that Moosehead has to offer.
