The house has a fully stocked kitchen with all stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender and a lobster pot with all the necessities for cooking your own lobster.

Connected to the living room is a dining room with a large table that seats 8 and the bar that seats 4 more. The open layout leads to the living-room with a large flatscreen TV and comfortable Sofas and chairs. And for those chilly nights a warm wood-stove.

Downstairs is a fully furnished walk out basement with a spacious entertainment room with seating and flat screen TV and games for the kids. There is a spacious and private bedroom with its own ensuite bath.

Outside there is a large wrap around deck equipped with outdoor patio furniture perfect for your quiet morning coffee or late night glass of wine. After enjoying a day of hiking, biking, paddling all the nearby trails and mountains and end your night cuddled by the outside firepit.
